We’re really excited to welcome everyone to the club presentation day on Saturday 16th of May at the Long Ashton Community Centre.
We have an action packed day involving:
- Presentations (see below for schedule)
- Inflatables – bouncy keeper and human table football – 11:30am to 3:30pm
- Challenges and activities for parents and coaches as well as players – to see who wins the 2026 Team Trophy!
Followed by a screening of the FA Cup final in the Village Hall.
As always we will have a bar with soft drinks, beer, cider, and more; a tasty BBQ; crisps; cookies and sweets. (The BBQ and bar will take card payments, please bring cash for sweets).
Presentation schedule
FA Cup Final – 3pm kick-off
Will you be supporting Chelsea or Man City? Whichever it is, come and watch it on the big screen at the Village Hall – there will be a bar and food.
Boot swap
Donate your old (but usable and clean!) good condition boots and buy your next favourite pair for a small donation!
2026 Team Trophy
Over 400 players and 100 coaches. 20 teams. Only one team trophy.
After your team presentation come and take part in the team trophy challenges to help your team win the LAJFC Team Trophy 2026.
Crossbar challenge – how far from the goal can you hit the crossbar?
Furthest crossbars from players, coaches and parents count towards your score. Kicking from hands allowed for players of under 12s & below.
Target challenge – how many shots can you get on target out of three?
Best score out of three from one of each of your players, coaches and parents count towards your score.
Bounciest parent – using the “Bouncy Goalkeeper” inflatable, how many shots from 10 can your bravest parents save?
Coaches will share more details nearer the day.
