The annual club presentation relies of volunteers to help us setup, tidy up and run smoothly. We ask that a small number of parents and carers join the team for the day to volunteer for an hour or two please.

The volunteers support we need for 2026 are:

• Indoor setup – to put out chairs, medals, trophies for the presentations
• Outdoor setup – equipment for the activities and setup gazebos
• Outdoor pack away – put away equipment and gazebos

For the FA Cup Final screening event we need volunteers to:

• Setup and serve – to put out chairs and tables, and serve drinks and food for the first half
• Half-time and second half serving – to serve drinks and food for the second half (to start shortly before half-time)
• Pack away the chairs and tables, and clean, after the match

(We may require additional FA Cup Final support on the day if the match goes to extra-time and penalties!)
