Facilities Co-ordinator

LAJFC is looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to support the effective use of facilities the club uses. This includes planning and co-ordinating our use of match day and training facilities.

Through the season this role will typically require a few hours a months to support ongoing facility usage, with some periodic planning ahead of, and midway through, the season.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Maintain co-ordination tool to enable Team Managers to book facilities for matches.
  • Help to plan the use of facilities through the season to ensure teams have the facilities they need available, when they need them.
  • Work with the existing points of contact we have at the club for some facilities to help maintain and build long-term relationships.
  • Address any issues or requirements coming from facility providers. Working with the Club Committee on anything which needs addressing.
  • Liaise directly with our line marketing and groundskeeping contractor to ensure pitches are prepared and maintained.
