LAJFC is looking for a Player and League Registration Secretary to play a vital role in managing player and league registrations and keeping the club running smoothly.

Through the season this role will typically require a few hours a months, most of which is flexible but sometimes needing to work with deadlines.

Each summer there is an increase in workload to ensure registrations are completed before the start of each season – however, team administrators do the majority of this.

In this role, you’ll:

• Oversee the annual player and league registration process, working with team administrators to ensure everything is completed on time.
• Ensure that player registrations are processed through the season correctly, aligning the data with our subs payment process.
• Attend league meetings and relaying important messages to team administrators and coaches.
